Job Description:

For our client we are looking for Proficient in French, Inside Sales representative to work on a project related to leading HRIS System!

TASKS:

- Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management

- Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account

- Develop and maintain the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activity

- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts

- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management 

- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets

- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.

- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls

REQUIREMENTS:

-Native French language plus fluent English

-A minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales (if you have more or less, also welcome), with a track record of exceeding sales targets

-Experience selling to executive stakeholders.

-Strong communication skills via phone and email

-Strong tech knowledge

-Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
-Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

-Adaptability

-Motivated and self-started
-Familiar with finance industry is a plus
-Self-reflecting and accountable.

-Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience

-Experience in selling SaaS

-Proficiency with, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software
Experience with accountancy software will be valued
