IT Solutions Engineer

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT Operations and Support.
  • Expertise in managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware within a Microsoft Cloud environment.
  • Proficiency in supporting a wide range of major cloud software (e.g., Atlassian Stack, Microsoft Azure and 365, Slack, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with the IT Service lifecycle and supporting tools (e.g., Jira, IT-Asset Management Database, Intune).
  • Excellent work prioritization skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to IT services.
  • A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong delivery orientation.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness and ability to work from our Dresden office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the internal IT systems landscape for smooth operational processes.
  • Actively support the IT-Service Desk, providing users with everything they need to excel.
  • Understand user needs and processes, devising solutions to streamline work processes by integrating and automating workflows with SaaS tools.
  • Bring a customer-first mindset to improve the user experience of our IT services.
  • Work with a variety of cloud-based tools and services, setting up cost-effective and value-driven solutions.
  • Simplify complex technological topics to help non-techies understand possibilities and limitations.
  • Support projects with IT deliverables, advancing our mission to democratize robotics every day.
