Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- German C1
- Completed training in IT system integration, media technology, or similar
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in digital signage content is a plus
- Proficient with in-house software for content transmission
- Proficiency in Windows and Excel
- Knowledge of data and databases is a plus
Experience:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in IT system integration or media technology
- Eager to learn and work in digital signage content
Responsibilities:
- Act as a contact for customers and service providers
- Adjust and prepare content based on customer criteria
- Ensure timely content deployment
- Monitor content transmissions
- Document and report transmission issues
- Support related departments like Monitoring and 2nd Level Support
