Job Description:
For our client we are looking for Proficient in French, Inside Sales representative to work on a project related to leading HRIS System!
TASKS:
-Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, inbound contacts and email to generate new sales opportunities
-Use a consultative approach, Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
-Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
-Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
-Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
-Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
-Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient French (C2) and Fluent English (B2)
- One to three years of experience in B2B sales (if you have more, also welcome), with a track record of exceeding lead targets
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders, and collaboration with field teams.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Strong tech knowledge
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
-Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

-Familiar with finance industry is a plus

Preferred skills and qualifications:
-Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience
-Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
-Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
