Job Description:

About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking information about our products and services. Your role involves converting viable prospects into active clients, guiding them through the entire sales process. You will also collaborate with our account management team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Additionally, you'll work with existing clients to renew contracts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • Native-level French speaker with fluent English.
  • University degree is a plus.
  • Driven and motivated, familiar with sales KPIs, and ready for cadence, incentives, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken).
  • Able to uncover information by asking the right questions.
  • Eager to discover valuable insights from customers.
  • Resilient and not afraid of rejection.
  • Value-focused rather than price and/or product-focused.

Tasks:

  • Maximize Revenue: Sell the full range of available products and services to new prospects and existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Portfolio Understanding: Understand the portfolio of solutions and services to effectively match these to the customers needs, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Lead Analysis: Analyze new leads to determine opportunities for new conversions and renewals, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Customer Insight: Identify critical customer information such as organization structure, installed base, competitors, key contracts, decision makers, etc., and establish trust relationships through phone conversations.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and manage a pipeline to drive revenue from the different solutions offered.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Best Practices: Follow business and sales processes and best practices, including the use of CRM systems and Sales Playbooks.
  • Achieve Sales Quota: Consistently over-achieve sales quota targets.
