Requirements
System Maintenance and Monitoring: Experience with regular system updates, patches, and maintenance. Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools.
Server Management: Proven experience in administering and maintaining both physical and virtual servers. Ability to troubleshoot server issues and implement effective solutions.
User Support and Training: Strong background in providing technical support to end-users. Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
Security and Compliance: Knowledge of implementing and maintaining security protocols, including user access controls and firewall configurations. Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Ability to maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Experience in generating regular reports on system performance and incidents.
Collaboration and Project Support: Proven ability to collaborate with IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology integrations. Ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
Polish and English at least C1 level
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms is preferred.
Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools.
