Requirements:
- German C1, English B2
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in IT system and server administration
- Understanding of infrastructure as code principles
- Familiar with most of these services/topics: Microsoft 365, Security Tools, Backups, Endpoint Management, Network Management
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure with IT security standards
- Familiar with most of these technologies: Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Python, Nginx, CI/CD, Git, Monitoring
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and responsibility
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Own the entire IT infrastructure, including products and IT within clinical facilities, to support company growth
- Manage IT systems in headquarters and clinical facilities, optimizing for user support and innovation
- Oversee deployment and technical operations of products, ensuring secure performance using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure
- Implement and refine IT security measures to protect systems and data
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for architecture, infrastructure, and processes
