Sales Team Supervisor (Dutch Speaker)

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Monitor team performance, provide individual feedback, and motivate your team to achieve their best.
- Training and Development: Keep track of training progress for each team member and ensure they are well-prepared.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with HR to participate in the hiring process.
- Scheduling: Organize and optimize team shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Ensure all processes and procedures are current and followed, and take overflow calls/tickets when needed.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming customer calls and messages, log details, and provide timely responses within SLA.
- Sales Guidance: Offer expert advice on selling techniques, especially for complex outbound sales.
- Maintain Expertise: Stay updated on applications specific to our customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Language Skills: Proficient Dutch and B2 in English.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Windows, MS Office, and internet configurations.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills are a must.
- Business Insight: Commercial awareness and a good understanding of business operations.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
- Change Management: Ability to implement and manage changes effectively.
- Customer Focused: High orientation towards customer care.
