Requirements

  • Education: Completed technical vocational training in information and telecommunications technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Skills:
    • German C1, English B2
    • Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and confident demeanor.
    • Good knowledge of web servers and networking (TCP/IP, SIP).
    • Familiarity with Linux, hypervisors, and virtual machines (VMs).
    • Experience with VoIP telephone systems is a plus.
    • Excellent German language skills and good communication abilities.
    • Ability to work thoroughly and independently.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Handle complex partner and dealer inquiries about our hardware and software products via email or phone.
  • Assist administrators and sales partners in troubleshooting and resolving product, network, and application issues in ISDN and VoIP environments.
  • Record, analyze, and document software errors.
  • Reproduce reported errors.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal development team and 3rd level support.
