Role: Program Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee Eskwelabs’ contributions to the TB Free Luzon project spearheaded by URC for USAID. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the program, ensuring alignment with project goals, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals and deadlines.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.

Required Role Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Public Health, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and in a cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Role Qualifications:

• Experience working with international health organizations or USAID.

• Familiarity with tuberculosis control programs and public health initiatives.
