We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Live Chat Support Specialist to join our night shift team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt and effective support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle live chat interactions with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real-time.
  • Assist with email support.
  • Provide backup support for inbound calls when required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
