English Training Specialist & Customer Service Associate

 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced educator with strong English communication skills to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will primarily focus on creating and delivering English language training programs to enhance our representatives effectiveness. You will also provide support to customer service operations as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized English language training sessions for employees.
  • Enhance customer service communication skills such as email etiquette and conflict resolution.
  • Improve employees verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Conduct interactive sessions on pronunciation, accent neutralization, grammar, and soft skills
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using role-plays, simulations, and real-life customer scenarios.
  • Manage customer inquiries received via email with professionalism and a prompt response time.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services.
  • Handle dispute resolution, including payment issues and negative feedback through email responses.
  • Maintain a positive brand image by delivering clear, courteous, and solution-oriented email interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex email inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:
· 1 to 2 years of experience as an English Language teacher.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
