About the job SR Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and target potential clients in need of HRIS solutions or Payroll Outsourcing Services.
-Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
-Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
-Create and implement sales plans that align with company goals.
-Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
-Provide excellent post-sale customer support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
-Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Requirements:
-More than 3 years of experience in HR-tech and large-scale industrial sales;
-Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for Enterprise customers.
-Experience working with and presenting to C-level, IT, and line-of-business executives.
-Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to a cross-functional audience.
-Good competence in payroll outsourcing services, human resource consulting, and HRIS, ERP software.
