Dev Lead Backend

JD : 

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology

- 3–5 years of experience as a Developer Lead

- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills

- Proficient in code review and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify effective solutions

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Preferably experienced in leading teams using Agile principles and familiar with the insurance domain

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, messaging, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AWS services (SES, S3)

- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or ReactJS

- Experience with Quarkus and Kafka is preferrable

- Keeps up to date with IT trends and emerging technologies

- Willing to work on-site (WFO)
