Product Owner

Scope of Work:

Requirement Gathering and Backlog Management

Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria to ensure backlog readiness for execution.

Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to align with business and customer needs.

Focuses on delivering value in each iteration, using metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

Engages with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the backlog for continuous improvement

Works closely with the Product team to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Requirement:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or Science from a reputable university

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner

Extensive experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making

Strong background in IT project management and business process improvement

Solid understanding of the IT services market; experience with automotive business processes is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Willing to be based at the Pulomas office
