1. Education & Work Experience

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Splunk Engineer, Splunk Administrator, or SIEM Specialist.

Experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred, particularly in large-scale operational environments.

Experience working on large-scale BUMN projects is an advantage.

2. Technical Skills :

Splunk

Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture and platform administration.

Advanced proficiency in Splunk SPL (Search Processing Language).

Experience managing Dashboards, Knowledge Objects, and other Splunk configurations.

Experience with log ingestion, data onboarding, parsing, normalization, and troubleshooting.

Operating Systems & Infrastructure

Strong knowledge of Linux administration, preferably RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu.

Good understanding of Windows Server administration.

Networking

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Syslog, routing, load balancing, and TLS/SSL security protocols.

Scripting & Automation

Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell Scripting for task automation.

Experience with REST API integration and automation is preferred.

Data Pipeline – Preferred

Familiarity with Cribl, Kafka, or Syslog-ng is an advantage.

3. Industry & Project Requirements

Understanding of cybersecurity compliance and critical data management within the Energy/Oil & Gas industry.

Familiarity with regulations related to BSSN, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), or other relevant regulations for critical national infrastructure.

Good awareness of HSSE/HSE standards applicable to the Oil & Gas industry.

Willing to work hybrid or onsite, including at Pertamina offices or operational/project locations depending on assignment.
