Mandatory :

Memiliki 5 tahun di Moduls ( Treasury & Finance)

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Business Analyst.

Memiliki pengalaman di industri Financial Services (Multi Finance, Banking, BPR, atau Insurance).

Memiliki pengalaman pada modul yang sesuai dengan requirement user.

Terbiasa melakukan Requirement Gathering, Business Process Analysis, BRD/FSD, UAT, dan Stakeholder Management.

Menguasai tools BA seperti Jira, Confluence, UML, Visio, atau tools sejenis.

CV wajib mencantumkan project, modul yang ditangani, serta role kandidat secara jelas.

Kandidat yang tidak memiliki pengalaman pada modul yang dipersyaratkan tidak akan diproses oleh AdIns.

JD:

i.Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

ii.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

iii.Performing requirements analysis

iv.Documenting and communicating Requirements, Analysis & User Acceptance Test

v.Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

vi.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

vii.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

viii.Performing user acceptance testing

ix.Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

x.Maintain a competitive market knowledge

c.Requirements

i.A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.

ii.A minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis in Multi-Finance Industries (Other financial industries such as Core system for Banking and BPR or Core System for insurance are also welcome)

iii.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

iv.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

v.Excellent documentation skills.

vi.Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

vii.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

viii.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

ix.Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
