About the job Customer Service Rep - French
We are seeking a bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and messages
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as processing forms, applications, and requests
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Work Schedule (Lebanon Time Zone):
- Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts on a rotating basis:
- Mon-Fri 4 PM- 12:30 AM (1-hour break)
- Sat or Sun (rotation basis) 4 PM-12:00 AM (30-min break)
Additional Information:
- This is a work-from-home position.
- Training will be provided.
- Note: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
