We are seeking a bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and messages
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as processing forms, applications, and requests
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Work Schedule (Lebanon Time Zone):

  • Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts on a rotating basis:
  • Mon-Fri 4 PM- 12:30 AM (1-hour break)
  • Sat or Sun (rotation basis) 4 PM-12:00 AM (30-min break)

Additional Information:

  • This is a work-from-home position.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Note: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
