Sales Represenative (English & French)

We are seeking a bilingual (French & English) Phone Sales Representative to join our remote team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of the vehicle lineup.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Work Schedule (Lebanon Time Zone):

• Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts on a rotating basis:
  • Mon-Fri 4 PM- 12:30 AM (1-hour break)
  • Sat or Sun (rotation basis) 4 PM-12:00 AM (30-min break)

• Additional Information:
• This is a work-from-home position.
• Training will be provided.
• Note: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
