Seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager (PR Manager) who will be instrumental in enhancing the founder personal brand and corporate image through strategic communication initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations, with a focus on both local and national levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan, encompassing strategy, goals, budget, and effective tactics.
  • Leverage existing media relationships while cultivating new contacts within business and industry media.
  • Formulate a media relations strategy to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to enhance industry awareness.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, offering strategic communication recommendations.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests, serving as a confident company spokesperson for both broadcast and print media.
  • Coordinate all public relations activities and direct the social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media platforms.
  • Create compelling content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Evaluate ongoing opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.

Requirements:

  • Proven 8-10 year of working experience in public relations.
  • Track record of designing and executing successful personal and business PR campaigns at both local and national levels.
  • Strong relationships with local and national business and industry media outlets.
  • Experience as a company spokesperson, comfortable in both broadcast and print media interviews.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Solid experience with social media platforms, including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Event planning experience.
  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
