Responsibilities:
Conduct direct sales activities to acquire new customers and increase revenue for the company.
Conduct outbound sales activities to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Utilize a variety of channels including email, phone, and lead generation tools to reach out to prospects and schedule meetings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers to educate them on product features and benefits.
Document and track all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position the company's offerings to potential customers.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
