About the job Liaison Officer (HCM)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
ERAI ASIA is a Vietnam based & French owned business consulting company with 20-years background in international business development. We support Western companies in their business development in Asia through tailor-made services: market study, business development, commercial representation, distribution, company establishment, and 2 fully- serviced business centers in HCMC.
MISSIONS
- Support the existing customers of the company in their daily needs
- Coordinate and support with Admin and Accounting teams
- Coordinate with the marketing department for external communication
- Organize events, workshops, trainings, team building activities (with HR)
- Responsible for customer communication and satisfaction at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Diploma: University degree in international business or related fields
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a customer-related environment
Languages: English is a must, Vietnamese and French are a plus
- Able to understand and contribute to the company strategy and work on transversal projects with several departments
- International mindset and experience
- Excellent communication and interaction skills

WORKING HOURS: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
