Terms and conditions
1. Services to be Provided: Recruiter/Headhunter agrees to provide recruitment services for the purpose of identifying and presenting qualified candidates as needed by Client. The services may include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting suitable candidates to Client
2. Fees and Payment Terms: Payment terms will be upon successful candidate's placement and received payment by clients.
3. Candidate Ownership: All referred candidates by Recruiter/Headhunter are considered the property of Equal. Equal may directly engage with any presented candidate without incurring additional fees to Recruiter/Headhunter.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the recruitment process. This includes but is not limited to candidate details, project information, and any other proprietary information.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement anytime. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or obligations shall be settled promptly.
6. Indemnification: Equal and Recruiter agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the recruitment process or the work performed by the candidate
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local and international laws. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Saudi Arabia.
8. Subscription fees: Recruiter/Headhunter agrees agree to pay the monthly subscription fees of US 25.99 to create user access for candidate's referral after free trial period of 30 days
9. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral. By agreeing on the terms and conditions, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
