Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for one of our Prestigious client. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position

- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including negotiating salary and benefits packages

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in our applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment

- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
