Job Description:
Position: Chief Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR department and drive our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. The Chief Human Resources Officer will work closely with the executive team to attract, develop, and retain top talent and foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote a fair and inclusive workplace
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and promote career growth
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee development needs and performance issues
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
