What You Will Do: In this multifaceted role, you will enhance your financial management skills and gain valuable experience in various aspects of project administration.
- Manage financial transactions and maintain critical databases, enhancing your data management skills.
- Conduct high-volume reconciliations, developing a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strengthen communication and problem-solving abilities by following up on accounts receivable and managing customer queries.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of cost management through invoice processing and cost monitoring.
- Support the Procurement and Contract Administration Groups, gaining exposure to contract and pricing strategies.
- Provide administrative and accounts support to the project team, enriching your project management expertise.
- Enhance payroll management skills by completing weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the administration and accounts of FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) projects, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Excellent computer literacy skills with detailed knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook are required, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong people skills
