Location: Omaha, NE (on-site, with minimal travel for local job site visits, trade shows, and client meetings)

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to technical expert for contractors, engineers, and architects
  • Solve project challenges with customized geotechnical or structural solutions
  • Prepare technical documents, training materials, and case studies
  • Lead webinars, training sessions, and industry presentations
  • Partner with labs and agencies to maintain compliance and evaluation reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in soil mechanics, deep foundation design, or structural engineering
  • Will consider candidates with 5+ years of experience if they hold a degree and P.E. license
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction codes
  • Proficiency with engineering/design software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (local sites, trade shows, client visits)
