What You'll Do:
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for contractors, engineers, and architects
- Solve project challenges with customized geotechnical or structural solutions
- Prepare technical documents, training materials, and case studies
- Lead webinars, training sessions, and industry presentations
- Partner with labs and agencies to maintain compliance and evaluation reports
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in soil mechanics, deep foundation design, or structural engineering
- Will consider candidates with 5+ years of experience if they hold a degree and P.E. license
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction codes
- Proficiency with engineering/design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (local sites, trade shows, client visits)
