Key Responsibilities: - Collect and organize data from various sources, including student records, surveys, and assessments. - Develop and maintain databases to store and manage school data. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Create reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and meaningful way. - Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. - Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and education. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational setting. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
