, 40 hours per week Position: Data Entry Specialist Episcopal School of Baton Rouge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, at our prestigious institution. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering a large volume of data into our school's database. This data includes student information, attendance records, grades, and other important administrative data. You will work closely with our administrative team to ensure that all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities: - Enter student information, attendance records, grades, and other administrative data into the school's database - Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data - Collaborate with administrative team to ensure timely and accurate data entry - Communicate any discrepancies or issues with data to the appropriate personnel - Assist with organizing and maintaining physical and electronic records - Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Excellent communication and teamwork skills At Episcopal School of Baton Rouge, we value integrity, excellence, and community.
