- At least 5 years experience in managing Upstream Malaysian companies.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian Production Sharing Contract PSC / PSA including the latest Small Field Assets PSC (SFA PSC).
- Having drafted Joint Operating Agreements previously outlining the roles of the operator, partner, voting rights, operator duties, cash calls and liabilities.
