About the job Well Services Planner

  • Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or Diploma with extensive hands-on well services/intervention experience
  • A minimum of 5 years experience well intervention job planning (slickline, e-line, coiled tubing, pumping, stimulation, workover, P&A, etc.), WP&B coordinator, KPI tracking and monitoring
  • Prepare well services plan to cater for direction agreed within the organization as per Operation Integrated Planning (OIP).
  • Department focal person to gather and prepare input to WP&B and CP&B pertaining to well services undertaking and its value creation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly work plan/schedule to ensure synergy with WP&B, CP&B, Subsurface and Asset long term plan and OIP.
  • Prepare performance report of outsourced services in well routine activity, PE/IWR and production enhancement driven by Subsurface and Well Integrity.
  • Consolidate and report KPIs on contractors performance to ensure maximization of productivity and optimization of cost.
  • Manage logistic for well services equipment and crew rotational (supervisor).
  • Responsible for contract administration which includes review and monitor contract utilization, support master procurement planning (MPP), PR/PO issuance and tracking.
