About the job Material Specialist
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in material tracking and purchasing, warehouse and inventory management, material cataloguing & Inventory System utilization.
- Demonstrate understanding and capability to use SAP as part of daily utilization.
- Manage equipment or material movement for preparation to worksite or/and equipment return from worksite including AD- SUBCON PO creation in SAP system.
- Work closely with warehouse inventory management and Well Services focal to produce min/max inventory for stock items.
- Prepare monthly report associated to material inventory and provide alarm for the list of items fall below/beyond inventory limit.
- Familiar with import/export regulations, customs clearance, and vendor management.
