Senior Well Intervention Engineer
About the job Senior Well Intervention Engineer
- Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 10 years in well intervention (slickline, electric line, coiled tubing, hydraulic workover stimulation, fishing, well integrity, etc.).
- Proven track record of planning and executing interventions (workovers, stimulation, gas lift, workover re-completion, P&A, fishing, zonal isolation, well surveillance, well integrity diagnostics).
- Familiarity with offshore and onshore operations (deepwater experience is often a plus).
- Familiar with the regulatory requirement on well intervention, i.e. routine, non-routine, PE-IWR, budget process (OPEX, Prod Capex etc).
- Experience in managing vessel operations and support for well intervention.
- Capable with proven track record in supporting rig operations for offline activities related to well interventions, i.e. pre- P&A, offline perforation etc.
- Experience in managing deepwater intervention operations is a plus.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (subsurface, drilling, production, service companies).
