Seismic Acquisition QA/QC Consultant

Scope Of Work

• Certification of operational days of the Vessels including but not limited to Survey Start Date, Survey End Date, stand-by time, technical downtime.
• Ensure that the technical specifications shall be met, the data quality be up to CLIENT's requirement.
• Hold daily meetings with the on-board Party Chief to agree on overall activities including utilisation of vessel time, survey planning and volume data acquired.
• Prior experience of solving problems with navigation data in shallow water is a pre-requisite.
• Provide daily report & final operation report.
• Raw data deliverable verification prior submit to COMPANY.
• Has experience operating successfully in heavy fishing and congested marine traffic environment.
  



Qualifications & Experiences 

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics / Geology / Applied Physics / Engineering or other Petroleum Industry related field.
• Have experience as an on-site Seismic Acquisition QA/QC client representative in 3D towed streamer surveys.
• Must have experience in handling at least three (3) seismic projects within the last five (5) years as geophysical QC Consultant or Seismic Acquisition QC Rep.



Requirements 

• Possess valid BOSET and HUET Certificate.
• Possess valid medical fitness certificate for working offshore.
• Possess Malaysia and Thailand working permit and other necessary legal document.
