About the job Dean Faculty of Medicine
- MBBS or equivalent recognized by the MMC.
- Postgraduate and/or specialist qualification in a relevant field.
- PhD or equivalent research background.
- Eligible for appointment as Professor.
- Valid MMC registration & Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 7 years of academic leadership (e.g., Head of Department, Associate Dean, Dean).
- Proven success in curriculum development, accreditation, and strategic planning.
- Strong research background with publications and funding track record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
