About the job Senior Engineer, Development Planning

  • Degree in engineering or related discipline with demonstrated experience in offshore greenfield development. MBA or a postgraduate degree in Economics or Finance is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of the development project lifecycle (FEL 1–3, FID, Execution) and stage-gate assurance.
  • Proven interface and stakeholder management across multi-discipline and multicontractor environments.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' of upstream experience in E&P industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, highly motivated and organized.
  • A self-starter with ability to multi-task.
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivator and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Malaysian candidates are preferred.
