Summary
Our client is seeking a National Sales Manager to join their medical/aesthetic leadership team! In this role, you will lead a high-performing group of sales professionals focusing on growing sales and utilizing advanced medical and aesthetic solutions nationwide. You will guide Regional and Area Sales Managers to broaden the company's market footprint, foster lasting customer relationships, and uphold professional and ethical standards. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in sales leadership, the ability to exceed goals, and substantial experience in the aesthetics, capital equipment, or medical device industries. You will gain expertise in innovative laser technology and continually enhance your knowledge of the aesthetic and medical device landscape.
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor Regional and Area Sales Managers, cultivating a culture of accountability, professional development, and achievement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Examine sales metrics to recognize areas for growth, adjusting tactics to maximize revenue
- Guide the team in creating strong connections with current and potential customers by aligning solutions with each client's objectives
- Develop and implement approaches to broaden market reach, including identifying new business prospects and building relationships with key industry influencers
- Support financing discussions by offering strategic insights that align customer needs with viable financial structures
- Act as the primary link between the sales force and executive leadership, ensuring transparent communication on national sales initiatives
- Oversee the training of sales staff, preparing them to present and sell the organization's product portfolio effectively
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting one-on-one check-ins and group meetings
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other networking forums
Requirements
- 5+ years leading a B2B sales team, preferably in aesthetics, medical devices, capital equipment, or a comparable field
- History of successful team management, including mentoring and surpassing performance targets
- Strong strategic thinking and territory management skills, with the ability to set and track measurable goals
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, including presenting to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to unwavering ethical standards, earning trust through integrity and prioritizing collective success
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to guide complex sales cycles from start to finish
- A customer-centric approach focused on building and maintaining strong client partnerships

- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 50%) to support sales teams, engage with clients, and attend industry events
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends
- Capacity to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically, as well as maneuver heavier equipment when required
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, reach, and twist for extended periods, including prolonged computer work and driving
