- Location: Must be based in Orlando, Tampa, or Ft. Myers, FL
- Work Model: Remote; Must be able to regularly travel within assigned territory and occasionally outside of the assigned territory

Summary
Our client is looking for an Aesthetics District Sales Manager to join their team in Central Flordia! In this role, you will drive laser capital equipment sales, build relationships with key stakeholders in the aesthetics industry, and help expand our client's market presence throughout the Central Florida region. You will leverage your sales expertise, passion for the industry, and ability to ramp up quickly to achieve strategic revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell advanced aesthetic capital equipment solutions to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and med spas in Central Florida
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Manage your territory effectively, acting as a road warrior to meet with clients and prospects
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback
Requirements
- Solid track record of success in sales, with direct experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or related fields is highly preferred
- Vibrant, driven personality with a strong mindset and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to quickly ramp up, understand the industry's nuances, and effectively position laser capital equipment solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at various levels
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet client demands
Education/Certification Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Requirements
- Existing network or knowledge of the aesthetics industry, including relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or med spa professionals
