Summary

Our client is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join their team! In this fast-paced, high-tech specialty practice, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans, financial arrangements, and a paperless workflow. You will collaborate with both onsite and virtual teammates to deliver streamlined, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions about recommended procedures
  • Estimate insurance copays accurately and outline payment options
  • Arrange financial agreements that align with practice policies and patient needs
  • Utilize digital practice management software and maintain a fully paperless workflow
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients by phone, email, and in person
  • Collaborate with a virtual assistant who prepares hygiene copays, consent forms, and insurance follow-up tasks
  • Problemsolve quickly in a busy environment while keeping the patient experience at the forefront
  • Support a culture of continuous learning, technology adoption, and high-quality care

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a dental front office or comparable patient-facing role
  • Confidence in presenting treatment plans and discussing procedures
  • Skill in estimating insurance copays and arranging financial agreements
  • Comfortable working with computers, digital platforms, and paperless systems
  • Professional, compassionate communication style that builds patient trust
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and confidence in solving problems in a fast-paced setting
