OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Wholesale Supervisor - Eyewear will play an important role in overseeing and optimizing the wholesale operations for our Eyewear product ranges.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Wholesale Operations Management: 

  • Oversee day-to-day wholesale operations for Eyewear, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational performance. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge and improve wholesale performance.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for wholesale inquiries, concerns, and order management.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to address partner needs and enhance long-term partnerships.
  • Provide excellent customer service, promptly resolving issues and inquiries.

3. Sales Driving:

  • Drive the sales to achieving targets through effective wholesale strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and sales programs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for wholesale partners.

4. Inventory Management:

  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet wholesale demands.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of eyewear products.

5. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to position the company as a leader in the eyewear wholesale market.

6. Other tasks as assigned by the Superior or Board of Directors.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing
  • Proven 3 years experience in wholesale operations, specifically in the eyewear industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the eyecare industry and eyewear market.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Valid driving license
