OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Wholesale Supervisor - Eyewear will play an important role in overseeing and optimizing the wholesale operations for our Eyewear product ranges.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Wholesale Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day wholesale operations for Eyewear, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational performance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge and improve wholesale performance.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for wholesale inquiries, concerns, and order management.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to address partner needs and enhance long-term partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service, promptly resolving issues and inquiries.
3. Sales Driving:
- Drive the sales to achieving targets through effective wholesale strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and sales programs.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for wholesale partners.
4. Inventory Management:
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet wholesale demands.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of eyewear products.
5. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Conduct regular market analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to position the company as a leader in the eyewear wholesale market.
6. Other tasks as assigned by the Superior or Board of Directors.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing
- Proven 3 years experience in wholesale operations, specifically in the eyewear industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the eyecare industry and eyewear market.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Valid driving license
