- Drive business, coach and lead team members to achieve target

- Build strong relationship with partner

- Support team procurement, meeting, and training

- Able to build trust and accurate report to management

- Deep knowledge of all the latest financial products on the market.

- Create presentation materials, internal plans, campaigns results, achievement and learnings

- Create better modes of operations to make sales service easier for both team members and customers.

- Observe performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their lose ends. Also, take disciplinary measures against any team members whom is found mistake.

- Provide assistance to team members whom are experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by putting them through and giving them personal coaching.

- Step in to customers that are proving difficult to team members and resolve their complaints.

- Support on recruitment or replacement among team member

- Able to manage team from remote and directly

- Create roster for branch visit and do random visit per plan

- Perform all other duties assigned by management

JR:

- Bachelors in business administration or relevant degree

- At least 3 years experience in sale or marketing in financial or related field (Insurance industry is highly preferred)

- Expected to work independently

- Has a strong ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems

- Open to change and continuous improvement

- Must be self-driven and highly motivated

- Flexible and dynamic

- Able to travel provinces

- Advanced knowledge Ms. Office

- Good English communication both spoken and written
