What You Will Be Doing

- Assess training needs and develop training programs and roadmap for the relevant trainee.

- Develop and implement the module training for new and existing products.

- Ensure a clear understanding for all sales teams of how their role contributes to the Company's purpose and goals.

- To bring energy to the team to create a positive environment where every team member wants to come and do their best work.

- Developing and implementing the training modules for cooperative partners (Banks, MFIs, and other companies), to improve their staff's product knowledge of life insurance in line with the Company's objective.

- Ensure effective delivery of induction and orientation sessions.

- Monitor and evaluate sales team/ material effectiveness.

- Identify training needs assessments, gaps and/or opportunities in current material to improve learning.

- Use technologies to develop, manage and deliver training (working from home and/or office).

- Deploy a wide variety of training methods

- Work closely with the product development team in new, existing, and cooperative partners for product training.

- Undertake project management tasks.

- Writing and submitting reports to Head of Commercial.

Your Skills and Experience Included:

- Bachelor Degree holder in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of professional training experience including leading a team with the insurance company or relevant.

- Knowledge of learning and developing best practices.

- Track record in executing successful training programs.

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).

- Proven experience in the delivery of training remotely/using digital or technological training solutions.

- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

- Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.

- High emotional intelligence with superior levels of self-awareness, personal resilience, and the ability to relate to others and adapt the approach as the situation requires.

- Able to effectively communicate and execute change and change management (people, process and technology).

- Proven experience of using data to generate insights around and improve training and understand its impact.
