About the job Customer Services Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Operate a large amount of incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the assigned methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service teams call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATION INCLUDE
- Proven customer support experience or in a relevant role
- Prior experience in supervising a team is a plus
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to use a computer
- Be able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus)
