Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in business or related field.
- Language: English and Japanese (priority)
- At least 1-3 experience in credit administration of loan/Financing/Banking Financial Institution and Banking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Good command in English in both writing and speaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at computer soft skills such as Microsoft Office Application.
Job Description
- Preparing budget request for loan and make payment to dealer
- Make e-filling for tax return
- Working on monthly tax return
- Preparing, checking and finding all supporting documents to keep in files.
- Making budget request for monthly payment and make budget transfer for each payment.
- Follow Up Pay Off Document with team when Complete with Customer
- Report Loan new Disbursement Every Day
- Report pay off customers, Maturity Date customer, And loan new disbursement monthly.
- Prepare and verify leasing documentation (agreements, legal documents and insurance policy) in accordance to credit approval and related regulations
- Review and ensure all leasing documentation are well-signed and stamped. Ensure registrations of leased assets are fulfilled with regulations and policy.
- Responsible for conducting disbursement and commencement procedure.
- Ensure all leasing documentation are systematically filed and manage the expiry date and effectiveness of all documentation.
- Ensuring post disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions, assignment of rights, review expiry of credits, progress payment insurance, etc.
- Review daily system credit monitoring and management reports and identify non-performing accounts with irregularities and proactively follow-up to ensure corrective action taken in line with loan policy.
- Perform other related duties as required.
