Warehouse Operations (Sales Centre and 3PL Warehouse)
1. Manage Warehouse Operations, including efficient fulfilment of Pickup Orders to achieve order ship out from Warehouse within 24H KPI.
2. Responsible for managing Warehouse Team and allocation of staff schedules, daily briefing, and staff planning & rotation to keep on going pickup operations
3. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space & ensuring that stocks are stored safely
4. Maintaining hygiene, safety and security of warehouse work environment to comply with GSP
5. Ensure warehouse equipment is in good condition, including troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
6. Ensure that Member Complaints related to Pickup Orders are attended / escalated immediately for resolution within 24H
7. Provide Training to Warehouse Team and 3PL on SOPs and GSP
8. Develop SOPs for effective warehouse operations activities and comply with regional Procedure and Policy
9. Coordinate with 3PL contractors to manage replenishment to make sure inventory is available for sales
Compliance & Inventory Accuracy
1. Compliance with Herbalife GSP requirements and local Health & foods safety standards
2. QA audit arrangement and follow-up the CAPA plan implementation in Sales Center and 3PL Warehouse
3. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Operations SOPs & SOX requirements.
4. Ensure Cycle Counts & Physical counts are conducted on a regular basis as per Company Policy
5. Inventory Accuracy Target is met by ensuring all variances are reconciled immediately & adjustments posted in Oracle
System Entry & KPI Reporting
1. Ensure Oracle is kept up to date & data entry for transactions is completed within 24 Hrs Data
2. Ensure All Miscellaneous Transactions are approved as per Matrix
3. Update monthly reports for KPIs of Warehouse to report performance & identify improvement areas
Others
1. Support company Events as and when required
2. Support implementation of Projects aimed at process improvement, cost savings, reduce manual efforts for Warehouse Operations & Reporting
3. Support the new access point start-up on warehouse operations arrangement, oracle system set-up, and provide trainings as required
