Deputy Group CEO

Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Leadership:

• Partner with the President & Group CEO in developing and implementing SCHOOL's comprehensive strategic plan, ensuring alignment across all departments and long-term vision.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of SCHOOL's operations, with a focus on upholding SCHOOL's mission of trilingual education.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee key operational areas of SCHOOL, potentially including academics, finance, human resources, administration & facilities, and business development (depending on SCHOOL's structure). Lead and collaborate with department heads to achieve operational excellence.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making abilities, ensuring SCHOOL adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership:

• Champion SCHOOL's core values and mission as an ambassador to key stakeholders (students, families, faculty, staff, Board of Directors, donors, government officials). Build and maintain strong relationships to secure continued support and growth.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment throughout SCHOOL. Mentor and develop the leadership potential of SCHOOL staff.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the President & Group CEO, focusing on areas critical to SCHOOL's strategic goals, such as trilingual education program development or regional expansion.

General Support:

• Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to achieve SCHOOL's strategic goals.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the mission and goals of SCHOOL.
