Job Title: Head Human Resource Manager (H.HRM)
Department: Head Office - Operation
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Supervises: Head of Recruitment & Selection Unit, Head of Training & Development Unit, Head of Compensation & Benefits Unit and Head of Office Management Unit.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with SCHOOL's values and needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Address employee concerns and questions with empathy and fairness, fostering positive employee relations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting employee growth.
- Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with SCHOOL policies and labor laws.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure SCHOOL remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Manage benefits enrollment, payroll processes, and ensure accuracy.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with SCHOOL's values and Cambodian labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and ensure SCHOOL remains compliant.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop professional development programs for SCHOOL employees at all levels.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and support employees in advancing their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Culture and Engagement:
- Champion SCHOOL's mission, values, and commitment to trilingual education throughout the organization.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment for all employees.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
General Support:
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to achieve SCHOOL's strategic goals.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the mission and goals of SCHOOL.*
