About the job Trade Marketing Associate
WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
You are responsible for cascading and supporting the planning, deployment and monitoring of trade activation programs with field team to deliver program KPIs and company's commercial objectives. He/she will work closely with Trade Marketing team and field sales team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
- DELIVERY OF TERRITORY OBJECTIVES
- Closely collaborating with SS, seek opporutnity for business growth by proposing territory objectives and priorities for JTI SKUs within assigned territories based on consumer-centric approach.
- Aligning strategic and tactical territory objectives (distribution, drop size, optimal contribution betweeen wholesales & retails, SKU focus) assigned by respective RSMs with Field Force team to deliver growth and productivity for the territories.
- Enabling Field Force to clearly define territories' priorities and effectively deliver territories's objectives. - PROGRAM PROPOSALS
- Working closely with Field Force to proactively identify opportunities under assigned territories, matching with relevant SKUs and providing relevant inputs for trade program planning.
- Proactively monitoring competitors' movements, timely and effective make neccessary counter proposals to project JTI business. - PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION
- Coaching, coordinating and enabling Field Force team to effectively implement trade programs
- Preparing necessary inputs into relevant and neccessary systems of program monitoring.
- Monitoring, analysing and candidly evaluating programs' peformance and KPIs and its impact during and post implementation - BUILDING SUSTAINABLE AND QUALITY GROWH POST PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
- Championing and nurturing mindset to achieve sustainable & quality impacts during and post programs
- Working with Field Force team to ensure that quality and consistent follow-ups and services for quality outlets post program implentations. - RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Maintaining ideal and productive relationship with key relevant M&S team, Trade Marketing team and working Field Force team as one team to coach, coordinate and deliver program's successes
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school graduate or bachelor degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years in managing sales person in relevant FMCG company
- Execelent Khmer communication skills
- Good Khmer and English communication (Intermediate) and writing and computer literacy
