Supervisor, Product Development

Lead the team and deal with management in designing theend-to-end new product launching to ensure that they arecomprehensive, compliance with law/regulations;

Having enough risk protection tools, staff satisfaction andcustomer needed, competitive and timely developed;

Product performance tracking and monitoring, identifygaps and propose the next action through feedbackcollection, can be from branch staffs, customer andcompetitor and propose the next step or recommendationfor further improvement to ensure it reaches theobjective;

Lead and support team in training/ refreshment ofexisting products/services to trainers in during pilot test/roll out to ensure trainers get more understanding andconfident to provide training/coaching to end user withquality and efficiency;

Lead, support and inspire the team to ensure the resultdelivered reach to the plan with high quality;

Team capacity building in proactive way in order them bereadiness for delivery high result, and adaptation.

Degree in finance or banking or business ormanagement;
Minimum at least 3 years experiences inproducts/services development (banks/MFIs);
Experience in data analytic or process improvementor branches operations is a plus;
Knowledge in Financial Institutions industry andbranch operations;
Good in managing people, good communication andengagement skill.,
