WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

Working very closely with Field Force and reporting to Capability Development Manager, will be primarily responsible for upskilling field force capabilities by providing on-field training, coaching and mentoring to enhance field force effectiveness. You will support Capability Development Manager to identify and prioritize functional capability development needs for field force, to prepare on-field capability development plan, to develop training materials, and to deliver on trainings to field force on sales specific training agenda. He/She will also be responsible for post-training activities which include evaluation of training effectiveness, finetuning content and delivery and the follow-ups of tranining action plans.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Field Training and Coaching To Field Force

  • Aligning with classroom training plan, develop on-field training and coaching plan to transfer and support learning theories into real, practical implemention on field works.
  • Demonstrate and role model expected behaviours and values expected out of FF.
  • Demonstrate and observe the application of new training skills and capabilities into field forces' daily works post classroom/on-line trainings.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to field force following the implementation of new training skills and capabilities

Follow-Up On Post On-Field Training Action Plan

  • Prepare necessary action plan and follow-up post on-field observations and coachings.
  • Liaise with respective Area Sales Supervisors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure that agreed action plans are effectively implemented.
  • Regularly review and reassess FF capabilities to ensure consistent application of new skills and capabilities.

Fostering Continuous Learnings and New Capability Application

  • Assist Capability Development Manager (CDM) to develop and roll-out initiatives aimed at accelerating learning and adoption of new skills and capabililties.

Usage Of Digital Capability Development Platform

  • Actively seek to share relevant inputs, contents and reviews to accelerate the usage of the Elevate Sales Academy digital platform.

Training Needs, Training Contents and Delivery Approach

  • Assist CMD and align with ASS & RSM to conduct relevant training need assessment for FF.
  • Support CMD to prepare post-training activties which include assement of content and the effectiveness of training delivery approach.

Logistics, Administration and Training Budget

  • Provide logistic and administration supports
  • Assist CDM to monitor and control training budgets

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or its equivalent; ACCA (preferrable)
  • At least 3 years experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG
  • At least 2 yeras experience in leading/managing the field sales team, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing those includes, different sales channel, trade and consumer behavior
  • Training and field coaching to fielf force in related field marketing&sale.
  • Versatile, highly adaptive and able to work effectively with diverse group of people with different levels of experience and knowledge
  • Persuasive and influncing communication skills
  • Good organizational and well structured skills
  • Fully mobile within the country
